Luigi's Story

Making pizza has been my passion for almost 20 years. I started in Naples, where I learned the art of Neapolitan pizza. From there, I brought my love for pizza around the world, from Italy to Switzerland, France, and now Canada.

Every day, I carefully prepare the dough, choose fresh, high-quality ingredients, and use traditional techniques to create pizzas that will make your mouth water. I speak Italian, French, and English, so we can always chat about pizza and more!
